Account balances and transaction history are associated with your verified identity. In the event of a dispute, the Platform's records will serve as the primary reference for account activity.

All financial transactions on the crown888 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). No currency conversion is applied to deposits or withdrawals made through supported Philippine payment channels.

Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include:

• Philippine e-wallets (GCash, Maya)
• Online banking via InstaPay or PESONet
• Bank transfer to supported Philippine banks

Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as payment methods for any transactions on the Platform. Attempts to deposit via unsupported methods will not be processed.

Sports Betting: All sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant event as determined by crown888's trading team. In cases of event cancellation, postponement, or abandonment, bets will be settled according to the rules applicable to that sport. Live betting odds are subject to change up to the moment a market is suspended.

Bets that are placed in error cannot be cancelled after they have been confirmed by the Platform. crown888 reserves the right to void any bet in cases of obvious system errors, data feed failures, or circumstances where the integrity of an event is in question.

From time to time, crown888 makes promotional offers available to eligible players. Each promotion has its own specific terms, including eligibility requirements and any conditions that must be met before bonus funds or winnings from bonus play can be withdrawn.

The specific terms of each promotion are displayed within the Promotions section of the Platform before activation. You must read and accept the specific terms of any promotion before opting in. Activating a promotion constitutes acceptance of its terms.

General principles that apply to all crown888 promotions unless otherwise stated:
